What it is
Entry-level down-firing Comp 12 that lets you stack cargo on top.
The Kicker 48CDF124 is a down-firing loaded enclosure with one 12-inch Comp subwoofer and a single 4-ohm terminal. It is rated for 150 watts RMS and 300 watts peak, with 92.3 dB sensitivity, so it pairs well with a small mono amp or a bridged 2-channel amp. The braced MDF box is carpeted, and because the sub fires down you can stack everyday items on top. It measures about 22-7/8 by 14-3/16 inches with a height under 8 inches, a good fit for trunks and hatchbacks.
