Questions
Finding the right wires for doors, hood, trunk and ignition, soldering the connections, placing the module out of sight, and wiring the starter interrupt so it cannot be bypassed from the fuse box. We then dial in the shock sensor so a light tap gives a warning chirp and a real hit triggers the siren. The Viper 3108V is $269 installed as of October 2026.
On many hybrids, yes, with a bypass module made for the vehicle; the system brings the car to ready mode so the climate control runs. Some models are not supported, so text the year, make and model before leaving San Marino. Compustar 9910 starts at $499 installed as of October 2026.
About 27 miles, roughly 54 to 65 minutes outside rush hour (approx), to 22025 S Avalon Blvd Ste A in Carson. An alarm alone is a wait-at-the-shop job. If you add remote start, GPS tracker installation or car window tint, drop the car at 9:30 AM and pick it up before 6:00 PM.
It records the last known location before the signal is lost and reports again as soon as the car comes out. For a stolen car that is usually enough, because the car has to move to be useful to anyone. The tracker is on its own circuit, so it is not disabled with the alarm.
Yes. If you add tint to the alarm appointment, the wiring is done first and the film last so nothing touches it while it cures. Solar is $249 and Solar Ceramic is $329 installed as of October 2026, hand-cut on your glass, four doors and the rear window. Both jobs are finished the same day.
