What it is

Pod-mounted KS mids and tweeters for dash or A-pillar imaging.

The Kicker KS 47KSMT2504 is a dual-pod component system with 2-1/2-inch midranges and 1-inch silk-dome tweeters in separately tuned enclosures. Each pod set mounts on a ball-joint base with an independently adjustable tweeter, so it can sit on the dash or A-pillar and aim at the listener. Kicker recommends 50 watts RMS and lists a 400 Hz to 21 kHz range. The tweeters use an 18 dB crossover and the midranges a 6 dB band-pass, with 0, 4.5 and 9 dB tweeter level options.
