What it is

Affordable CompC 12-inch sub with single 4-ohm voice coil.

The Kicker CompC 50CWCS124 is a 12-inch subwoofer with single 4-ohm voice coil. Kicker recommends 150-300 watts RMS, with 600 watts peak, 87.3 dB sensitivity and a 27-500 Hz response. Mounting depth is 5-3/4 inches with an 11-inch cutout. It works in sealed boxes from 1.25 to 3.5 cubic feet or vented boxes from 1.75 to 2.25 cubic feet. CompC is Kicker's entry sub line, a simple first step up from factory bass.
