The Kicker CompVT 52CVT122 is a slimline 12-inch subwoofer with a single 2-ohm voice coil. Kicker recommends 225 to 450 watts RMS, with 900 watts peak and 87.1 dB sensitivity. A four-layer voice coil works with SoloKon cone technology to handle power without the bulk of a standard sub. Mounting depth is 4-3/8 inches with an 11-inch cutout. It works in sealed boxes of 1 to 4.6 cubic feet or vented boxes of 1.75 to 2.25 cubic feet.
