Yes. For most vehicles the fix is a new double-DIN head unit from Kenwood or Pioneer with a vehicle-specific dash kit and harness, so the finished install looks factory. We retain steering wheel buttons and the backup camera. Bring the car to Carson and it is usually done the same day.
Wireless is convenient for short trips because the phone connects the moment you start the car. Wired charges the phone while you drive and never drops. Many Gardena commuters pick a unit that does both, so the cable is there when they want it and optional when they do not.
