What Ladera Heights drivers bring us
Speaker replacement
New front and rear speakers on proper mounting adapters, sealed to the door so they do not buzz the panel, matched to the power they will actually get.
Amplifier installation and subwoofer installation
Power run from the battery with a fuse at the source, ground to clean metal, box strapped down, gains set so the bass is deep instead of distorted.
Ceramic window tint
Solar Ceramic film hand-cut on your glass, four doors and rear window, edges to the gasket.
Car alarm installation and remote start installation
Viper alarms and Compustar remote start wired into the harness, not the fuse box.

Questions
Ladera Heights questions we hear
Is it worth driving from Ladera Heights for car stereo installation?
Yes. At 13.0 miles you get a shop that does audio every day: harnesses matched to the car, speakers sealed to the door, amplifiers fused and grounded properly. An install done once and done right is cheaper than one that comes back with a buzz or a blown fuse.
Can you upgrade my sound and keep the factory radio in a luxury car?
Yes. Speaker replacement, an amplifier and a subwoofer can all be added behind the stock screen using a signal converter, so navigation, the backup camera and the factory look stay. This is a common request from Ladera Heights owners who like their dash as it is.
What does amplifier installation involve?
A fused power wire from the battery, a short ground to bare chassis metal, a remote turn-on, signal from the deck or a converter, and speaker wire routed under the carpet. Then gains are set so the amp never clips. The amp is mounted where it can breathe and will not slide.
How long does a full car stereo installation take?
A head unit swap is usually a couple of hours. Speakers, an amp and a sub together are typically a full day. Nick will give you a realistic time when he quotes the job so you can decide whether to wait in Carson or drop the car and come back from Ladera Heights.
Do you also do window tinting while the stereo is in the bay?
Often, yes. Solar window tint is 249 dollars and Solar Ceramic is 329 dollars installed as of October 2026 on four doors and the rear glass. Say so when you book and we will plan the day so both jobs finish in one visit.
