Does speaker replacement make a real difference without an amplifier?
Yes, a noticeable one. A good speaker on factory power is clearer and tighter than the paper cone it replaces, especially in the midrange. Add an amplifier installation later and the same speakers open up further. Many Culver City cars start with speakers and come back for the amp.
How is a subwoofer installation done in a car with a factory stereo?
