Can I get wireless CarPlay installed in a Placentia car that never had it?
Yes. A replacement receiver with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto fits most cars with the right dash kit and harness. You get in, the phone connects, and maps and music are on the screen. Text your year, make and model and we will confirm the parts before you drive down.
What happens to my steering-wheel buttons and backup camera?
They stay. A retention interface passes the wheel buttons to the new receiver, and the factory camera shows on the new screen in reverse. If your car has a factory amplifier we keep that too. The point of head unit installation at a shop is that nothing you had goes missing.
How long is the drive from Placentia and is it worth it?

If your speakers are factory and the car has some years on it, yes. A new receiver reveals how tired the old speakers are. Door speakers on adapters with the wiring secured are a modest add-on while the dash is already apart, and it saves a second trip from Placentia.
Can you add car window tint to the same Placentia appointment?
Yes. Book tint with the CarPlay install and we run the wiring first and the film second so the tint cures untouched. Solar is $249 and Solar Ceramic is $329 installed as of October 2026, hand-cut on your glass. Bring it in when we open and collect it before we close at 6:00 PM.
