How long should I keep the windows up after ceramic window tint?
Three to five days. The film needs that time to cure to the glass, and rolling a window down early can lift the edge. Light haze or small moisture pockets during curing are normal and clear on their own. On a Tesla, avoid the auto-down window setting for those first days.
Do you install car alarms on Teslas and other EVs?
Yes. Viper alarm installation on an EV adds a siren and shock sensor the factory system does not have, and it is $269 installed as of October 2026. We wire it to the vehicle, not a plug-in harness. Remote start installation does not apply to a Tesla, but we do Compustar installation on gas and hybrid cars.
Can I get a dash camera installed on the same visit as tint?
Yes. Dash camera installation runs the power to a hardwire kit with a voltage cutoff, so parking mode works without draining the battery, and the cable is tucked along the headliner and pillar. Book the camera with the tint and the car is finished in one trip from Garden Grove.
