Why hand-cut the tint on the glass instead of using a plotter?
Cutting on the glass means the film follows the exact curve and edge of your window, including the small differences between cars of the same model. The result is an edge that sits tight to the gasket with no light gap and no lifting corner. It takes longer, and it is why La Mirada drivers come to Carson.
What is the difference between Solar and Solar Ceramic tint for a La Mirada car?
Solar is a dyed film that darkens the glass and cuts glare. Solar Ceramic adds a ceramic layer that rejects much more heat at the same shade, so the cabin stays cooler when the car sits in the sun. As of October 2026 Solar is $249 and Solar Ceramic is $329 installed.
