Pacific Palisades is about 21.4 miles from the shop, a 43 to 51 minute drive (approx) outside rush hour. Book first, then drop the car for the day; a full audio build takes most of it. Shorter jobs can be waited on. Hours are Monday through Saturday 9:30 to 6:00 with Sunday closed. Customers have driven from San Diego for a system built here, so Pacific Palisades is an easy run.
If you would rather wait inside than make two trips from Pacific Palisades, the shop has seating, a TV with Netflix, free Wi-Fi, a restroom and a water fountain. Yes. The factory screen and controls stay. Amplifier installation with sound processing takes the factory signal, corrects it, and drives new speakers and a subwoofer. From the driver's seat the car looks untouched; it just sounds the way it should have from the factory.
About 21.4 miles, or 43 to 51 minutes (approx). A speaker replacement with amplifier installation is a full day; a subwoofer installation alone is a few hours. Drop the car at 9:30 and we text when it is tuned and ready.
Gains, crossovers and time alignment are set in the bay with the doors shut and a reference track playing. The goal is a system that is clear at low volume and does not distort at high volume. Every car stereo installation here ends with that step before the keys go back.
No. Ceramic window tint is metal-free, so it does not interfere with radio, cell, GPS or key signals, and it has nothing to do with the audio. It does keep the cabin cooler, which matters for a dark interior. Solar Ceramic is $329 installed as of October 2026.
Yes. A Viper 3108V alarm is $269 installed as of October 2026, wired so it cannot be bypassed from the fuse box, with the module hidden. GPS tracker installation and Compustar remote start installation, from $499 as of October 2026, can be added to the same day.
