One-piece rear glass on a Model 3 or Model Y is the hardest tint job on the road, and we shrink it to the curve in the bay as a single sheet, not a patchwork. Ceramic window tint on the doors and rear glass keeps the cabin cooler without touching the cameras, the factory-dark roof or the signal to your phone key.
Solar for privacy, Solar Ceramic for heat, both hand-cut on a glass board and both legal on the fronts at the right shade.

It is 5.8 miles from Signal Hill to the shop, roughly twelve to fourteen minutes when traffic is light (approx). We open Monday through Saturday at 9:30 and close at 6:00, with Sunday off. Set up an appointment first, then either leave the car with us and come back when it is finished, or stay in the waiting area while it is done. Tint work is best left to cure, so most Signal Hill drivers drop and go.
For a longer job from Signal Hill, some people walk to the mall, the movie theaters or a coffee shop nearby; the DoubleTree down the street has a full bar, and Cabrillo Beach is about 12 minutes away. Signal Hill customers of every background are welcome, and the shop is LGBTQ-friendly. Three freeways lead here: we are right off the 110, and the 405 and 710 drop you close by, whichever way Signal Hill traffic sends you.
Window tint with Solar film is $249 installed and Solar Ceramic is $329 installed. A Viper 3108V car alarm is $269 installed. Compustar 9910 remote start begins at $499. AMS Harley bagger pods begin at $649 a pair. The Dual Kicker Comp subwoofer box is $249 for the box only. All of that is as of October 2026. Because Tesla glass punishes shortcuts. The rear window on a Model 3 or Model Y is tinted as one piece here, shrunk to the curve, with no seams. Signal Hill is 5.8 miles away, so you are trading a short drive for a tint job that looks like it came that way from the factory.
No. Ceramic film is non-metallic, so Bluetooth phone keys, Autopilot cameras, FM and cellular all work exactly as before. We also keep film clear of the camera housings and the sensor areas on the windshield. The only thing that changes is how much heat gets into the cabin.
Plan on two to four hours depending on the vehicle, longer for a Tesla rear window or a car with old film that has to be stripped first. The film needs a few days to fully cure, so leave the windows up on the drive back to Signal Hill.
Both. Many Tesla owners add a Viper 3108V alarm for the siren and shock sensor the factory system does not have. On gas and hybrid vehicles we also do Compustar remote start. The alarm is $269 installed as of October 2026, and we quote remote start by vehicle.
