Retrofit Radios: questions

How is a retrofit kit different from a radio plus dash kit?

A retrofit kit is built for one vehicle family, so the screen and trim follow the shape of the dash and many keep factory features. A regular radio uses a universal dash kit and harness. Retrofits usually look more factory; we can walk you through both.

Do the PAC kits include a radio?

No. The PAC RPK4 kits are integrated install kits and the radio is sold separately. Some, like the PAC RPK4-FD2101, keep factory cameras and climate controls. Ask us which radios pair with your kit.

Can a retrofit radio show vehicle or off-road gauges?

Some Stinger kits list on-screen off-road or vehicle gauges, like the Stinger HEIGH10+ for Jeep Wrangler. What shows depends on the kit and your vehicle, so we confirm it for your exact year, make, model and trim.

Can I check out on this page?
